Dixie’s Finest Grooming offers a 5-star mobile grooming experience that is designed to reduce the frustration with getting and keeping your pets on a consistent grooming schedule.  We provide an automated booking site for clients who like the simplicity of online service, and friendly customer service by phone for clients looking for a personal interaction. Whether by text, email or phone, we are here weekdays 9am-5pm to help answer your questions and get your pet’s next grooming appointment booked.

Once you’re booked, we take it from there with appointment reminders, confirmations, and details about what to expect.  Your mobile groomer will also send any messages personally should anything change with your appointment (arrival time, parking issues, traffic, etc.) on your day of scheduled service.

Once we’re there, we’ll take the time to understand your history, concerns and preferences so that the groom goes as smoothly as possible from start to finish.  We don’t like to rush, especially if you or your pet are nervous. Your groomer will message you should anything arise out of the norm during any grooming session.  Expect for us to ask about every lump, limp or skin issue! Our goal is to build positive associations with grooming and with us over time, so that your grooming routine is on auto-pilot.
