Position:

• W-2 Dog Groomer (Full-time or Part-time)

Location:

• New Brick & Mortar Salon in Kennesaw (Cobb Parkway, b/t Mack Dobbs & Acworth Due West Rds)
• Mobile Grooming in Dallas (1-2 days per week, if interested)

Our Philosophy:

At Dixie’s Finest Grooming, we believe in humanity over vanity and quality over quantity. Our goal is to give each dog and client the personalized care they deserve. That’s why we aim to book each groomer with 4-7 dogs per day, focusing on small to large breeds and charging higher than average hourly for our services.

You’ll work with each dog from start to finish—prep, bathing, finishing—ensuring they get what they need, whether it’s extra time for medicated shampoos, special care for older or reactive dogs, or helping them feel comfortable during nail trims. This approach ensures our clients are getting what they pay for, that you’re getting the time you need to provide a comfortable (and cute!) groom, and that your work is fairly compensated based on the dog’s behavioral needs and coat requirements.
